Ground floor: Lounge, cloakroom with hand basin and toilet.  Dining area with patio doors, kitchen via archway.

1st floor:  Bathroom, bath with power shower over, hand basin and toilet.  Bedroom 1, king size double bed.  Bedroom 2, twin beds.  Bedroom 3, single bed.  Each bedroom has a sea view. A travel cot is available on request.

Garden: Fully enclosed patio and decked rear garden.  Garage and off road parking for one other car.
